Gloves are lightweight and not bulky. inside is soft material and doesn’t get all sweaty inside when walking outside, causing fingers to freeze. also has front opening so if you do start heating up, you can open it for air and the tops of hands still stay warm and protected from wind. the band at the wrist is soft and stretchy tight fit to keep wind out.
