I like to wear gloves to keep from getting callouses from the weights. I also have very small wrists which get strained easily. I love these gloves because they serve two purposes: prevent callouses and provide slip proof grip AND stabilize my wrists with the attached wrist straps. These gloves are much easier than packing along the wrist straps and a pair of gloves. They are superior quality and have padded palms. They fit true to size and I recommend them.
